We will always endeavour to ship your orders as soon as possible.
The majority of orders are dispatched in 1-2 days however, please allow 3-5 days for dispatch. Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday

Lost Items

We cannot investigate a lost parcel with the Royal Mail until 15 working days from the due date of delivery for all standard delivery items.  

Returns Policy and Refunds

We hope you love your Free Botanical products but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund you the cost of the product(s) you return to us, provided that:

1. You let us know of your wish to receive a refund within 14 days of your purchase 

2. The products are in their original, unopened and unused condition - we reserve the right to refuse refunds if products are in a unsellable condition.

Please note:  You will be responsible for the return shipping and additional postage costs. 

PACKAGING MATERIALS / LABELS

When posting out orders we only use recyclable/biodegradable materials. Such as ‘Green’ padded envelopes which are plastic free. The packing peanuts that we use for larger orders are produced here in the UK and are completely bio-degradable, they are made from starch, which can be put into any bin but can also be put into compost/food waste.  

The majority of our products are packaged using recyclable glass jars and bottles and aluminium containers. Some products come with plastic pump/atomiser lids which can be fully recycled.

Our labels are made from recycled ink.
